Mission Accomplished!
OK, so I didn’t exactly do it FIRST thing in the morning. But I got it done before 12:40 this afternoon. I did “Lift Weights to Lose Weight” by Kathy Smith - Upper Body and Abs & Back. I will take my girls out bike riding around 2-2:30, and I’m only waiting that long because I have a phone appointment at 1 PM.

I think my weight training & protein is helping me build muscle, ’cause I weighed in at 192 today… plus the weight exercise is getter easier… so I increased the difficulty level EVER SO SLIGHTLY. Now my upper body muscles are SINGIN’ nice round “A” notes, but very high pitched. I’m not bothered by the difference in the scale though, ’cause I always knew the scaled alone doesn’t give you an accurate picture of what’s going on in your body.

On the down side (and I know you all aren’t exactly used to me talking about “down”) but my husband’s sister passed away this morning. She was only in her 50’s and she had a long history of health problems. It is very sad. I don’t think it’s really hit my hubby yet… so I will ask that if any of you are the praying type please lift Vernon and his family up.

My Dad also flipped his car over yesterday and totalled it. But he never got even a stratch. He does need a new car, though… so that’s another prayer request. Thank God he’s alright!
rn
OK time for my call… gotta go…
rn
Looking forward to seeing us all cross the finish line!
